CFA volunteers accuse leadership of failing to act on bullying

THE CFA’s leadership has been accused of hypocrisy and failure in its handling of alleged drawn-out and bitter battles between paid and volunteer members of far East Gippsland’s most isolated brigades.

It is vitally important that companies and organisations not only have processes to address claims of workplace bullying, but act on those claims in a timely manner.
