This white paper, An integrated approach to workplace mental health, begins the work of identifying specific actions to be prioritised leading to the creation of mentally healthy workplaces.

The paper identifies nine priorities within three broader groupings, including:

  • prevention of work-related harm;
  • the promotion of the positive aspects of work; and
  • the management of mental illness as it manifests in the workplace.
