Boss Whispering Leadership Coaching supports leaders who cause friction at work. They can be challenging to manage leaving you at a loss at what you can do.
At Working Well Together, we use the specialist Boss Whispering coaching method to help you resolve the challenge of abrasive leadership behaviours, creating better leaders and saving on related costs.
You’ve tried talking to the individual, to no avail. You encounter denial: “I’m not abrasive!” or justification of the behaviour as a necessary management strategy: “Sometimes you just have to be tough on people to get them to perform.” They may even have acknowledged their challenging style and promised to change their ways, but after a brief period of improvement, the old behaviours return.
You value this person’s technical expertise, but their technical performance is now being overshadowed by their disruptive interpersonal interactions with others. You feel helpless – you wonder if the situation is hopeless.
You’re not helpless, and contrary to common belief, leaders who use abrasive behaviours can change; but they need help to successfully do so.
This program is an accelerated coaching process of up to 12 sessions designed to help these individuals develop the insight and motivation to relinquish their less effective leadership styles in favour of more productive management strategies. It helps them quickly gain insight into their words and actions and develop non-destructive management strategies. You will see demonstrable results by the third coaching session.

- Understand why these negative perceptions exist
- Learn how to change their behaviours, build on their strengths and develop new strategies so the negative perceptions do not continue.
