Queensland IRC given powers to deal with workplace bullying

The Queensland Industrial Relations Commission has been given powers to address workplace bullying. These measures apply to employees of the State of Queensland. The powers are similar to that of the Fair Work Act 2009, which are unavailable to the employees of state run services.
