Rough Trade: Nicholas Workplace Hell

At 19 years old, many of us expect a relatively care-free life, enjoying the experiences we have. Unfortunately, this is not what Nicholas experienced when he was subject to workplace bullying as an apprentice electrician. Two years later, he still suffers from significant injury as a result.

His employer, in contrast, only received a 15 month community corrections order and no criminal conviction.
